Relaxation techniques are the best method to cope with any kind of stress. These relaxation techniques calm ones mind, relax the body and the senses. They help people to recover their balance and stay calm even when they are doing highly tense work. The usual relaxation techniques are meditation, yoga and a stress management technique called progressive relaxation. There are more techniques like autogenic training and biofeedback as well that are employed for relaxation purpose. Besides these, there are several other techniques that exist but we will restrict ourselves to the discussion of only the mentioned ones.
