Can anything good be said about the St. Louis Rams? Any football fan would be hard pressed to find something positive about the miserable situation of the St. Louis Rams.The Rams hit rock bottom in 08' with a record of 2-14 -- worse then the 07' season when they went 3-13. The last winning season for the Rams was in 03', they went 12-4 winning the NFC West division. If it wasn't for the Detroit Lions, Oakland raiders and Kansas City Chiefs, the Rams would be the worst franchise of the last 5 years.The 09' season for the Rams won't be much better, if they get 4 wins that would be considered a successful season.While nearly winning, the fact that the team only scored 7 points doesn't bode well for the Rams' offense. Unfortunately for Steven Jackson, he gets no help.Their defense isn't much better, the Rams rank as one of the worst defense teams in the league and opponents on offense can do whatever they please.Perhaps it's time for the Rams to assess the value of Marc Bulger, as he simply doesn't seem to be the quarterback he once was. Steven Jackson is a great running back when healthy, but the lack of a passing game in St. Louis makes it extremely difficult for the team to put some points on the board.Bulger has been a long stay in the NFL world, and just a few short years ago, was considered one of the best quarterbacks in the game.
