4. Use visual and auditory cues. "I see my self doing the things that will get results. or I hear myself telling others how if it was to go to the gym after I went to work out."

5. Consider the different ways that you might state the actions you are going to carry out in terms of who might be saying them. Say a few in third person such as "Look at ( subjects name ) as she steps out of the car on her way to the gym to work out."

Then elaborate and switch it up by also adding some statements in the first person such as "I am going to the gym to work out" or " I see myself there in the gym warning up with some stretches I notice I look stronger" then switch it up again, I see (subjects name) going over to get the water at the fountain in the gym.
