Overcoming Sugar Addictions To Get Rid Of Flabby Arms

Not good for reducing flabby arms.Even worse, sugars elevates insulin which is a hormone that regulates arm fat loss. So if you have high levels of insulin, the flabby arms will never go away no matter what you do.Thus, it is absolutely critical that you overcome any sugar addiction you may have in order to get rid of those flabby arms.So here is how to ditch the sugar so that the flabby arms go away:1. Embrace the withdrawal. Simply being aware that there will be a sugar withdrawal puts you way ahead of the game. Many women just go around in circles and do not really understand what is going on.2. Never go hungry. Once you begin to get hungry, your hypothalamus will drive you to seek out sugar. You want to avoid this at all costs. Keeping a consistent inward flux of food will prevent sugar cravings from overtaking you.3. Distract yourself. I knew a world caliber wrestler that would play intense video game tournaments during his most excruciating bouts of dieting. The brain can only take on so many inputs at once. If you distract yourself, your cravings will subside.4. Have some fake sugar. Artificial sweeteners can trick your brain into thinking that it is getting sugar. You get the taste without the calories. The key here is to use them sparingly since we still do not know if they are safe.5. Drink tea. But not any type of tea will do here. Your best bet is loose leaf tea since it is much more potent than bagged tea. My top recommendation is yerba mate.Getting rid of flabby arms and sugar addictions do not mix. I strongly recommend that you attack your sugar addiction head on if you really want lean and toned arms.
