Brenda Watson, C.N.C. has been a natural health practitioner for more than 20 years. Inspired by the holistic healing principles that helped her overcome her own battle with prolonged illness, she began her career in alternative medicine in 1993 with the establishment of five natural health.



Brenda Watson, C.N.C. has been a natural health practitioner for more than 20 years. Inspired by the holistic healing principles that helped her overcome her own battle with prolonged illness, she began her career in alternative medicine in 1993 with the establishment of five natural health clinics in the state of Florida specializing in herbal internal cleansing and detoxification. Through her clinical work, Brenda discovered the natural remedies that helped her patients improve their health and soon after began formulating her own herbal blends.

In 1997 Brenda and her husband Stan Watson founded ReNew Life Formulas, Inc. The Tampa Bay, Florida-based company manufactures and distributes natural digestive care products and functional foods. ReNew Life reaches more than 3 million people annually through a commitment to retailer and consumer education and maintains a facility in Boulder, Colorado and a Canadian division located in Ontario.
